For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located by the front door (ring doorbell) and side entrance that is aimed directly at the parking areas to monitor check-in/check-out times and the number of guests entering the home. Amazing! Plus knowing we were spending xmas eve there, they put a christmas tree in there for us! above and beyond describes this place. from extra items in the kitchen to a big selection of games and other entertainment. Fantastic.

Kyle’s place is absolutely fantastic! He provides so many nice extras like kitchen essentials (plus more!), pump hand soaps at every sink, plenty of seating, lovely outdoor space, WiFi, 3 full bathrooms and so much more. Plus there’s a Kroger and Target just 5 minutes away-super convenient! We spent Thanksgiving with our adult children from 3 different states and it worked out perfectly! We would definitely return if we ever have the need again! Thank you for allowing us to make some great memories!

Kyle’s Airbnb is an absolute treasure in Columbus. From the moment we arrived, everything was effortless — easy to find, simple entry, and perfect communication throughout. The home is beautifully spacious with incredibly comfortable beds, making it ideal for both our elderly family members and our whole group to gather with ease. The backyard feels like its own little retreat. Two inviting seating areas, a gorgeous firepit, a relaxing hot tub, and a sturdy covered awning created the perfect setting for morning coffee, late-night talks, and everything in between. The kitchen is huge and fully stocked, the three bathrooms were a gift for a big group, and every bedroom felt welcoming and peaceful. The thoughtful touches — great TVs, a true workspace, and plenty of room to breathe — made this stay unforgettable. This will be our forever-home-base in Columbus.

Kyle's place is as-advertised. The house is clean and well maintained and offers a welcoming combination of old-house charm and modern conveniences. It is wonderfully spacious and the 4 BRs/3BAs can accommodate families, multiple couples, gal or guy get-aways, etc. The kitchen is perfect for group meal prep and it flows into a backyard that offers a large grill, lounge area, hot tub and firepit. We had a fantastic stay!

I had such a great stay here! The place was exactly as described with it being clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed. The location was perfect for my needs. Check in was smooth and hassle free. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay again!
